Ecosystem Outbound Program Manager
Bucharest (Municipiul Bucureşti)
Job description
Introduction
At IBM, work is more than a job - it's a calling: To build. To design. To code. To consult. To think along with clients and sell. To make markets. To invent. To collaborate. Not just to do something better, but to attempt things you've never thought possible. Are you ready to lead in this new era of technology and solve some of the world's most challenging problems? If so, lets talk.
When you join the IBM team in Bucharest, you will accelerate your career at an iconic company known as a pioneer in computing. You will grow your knowledge of cutting-edge software, such as generative Al or hybrid cloud, while working with teams across the globe and driving outcomes that shape the future of IBM and your own career. In addition to a competitive package, IBM offers a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment and global responsibilities.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Every business is unique and there are myriad ways we can help them grow. Our mission in Ecosystem Marketing is to help business partners realize that value - paving their path to growth with IBM. We’re accountable for shaping innovative and meaningful ways to help business partners discover new ways to use technology for their customers - and to get the most out of it. From helping them build new products, to incorporating our solutions into the services they deliver and/or enabling them to resell it as a part of their portfolio, we find, retain, and grow partnerships across the globe.
The Ecosystem Outbound Program Manager identifies, pilots and scales innovative ways to drive strategic demand within different segments of the existing or potential partner base. S/he designs outreach that marries corporate initiatives, partners’ ecosystem priorities, market and/or partner-specific opportunities with the value of the motions to maximize IBM’s relevance and partner interest. The Ecosystem Outbound Program Manager is constantly asking “how do we get more partners to want to build on, add services to or resell our products?”
Answering that questions means:
Knowing what to feature. Being well versed in partner’s ecosystem and marketing priorities and the value of the motions to determine what to feature and how to deliver it as a value-add vs. disruptive experience.
Determining who to target and how. Analyzing and understanding the audience to find the best segments to target, rapidly deploying pilots that personalizing – sometimes co-creating - the message and tailoring the experience to drive fast impact.
Figuring out how best to scale. Reviewing pilots, determining how to improve and a finding path to scale what works – orchestrating delivery across the globe.
In this role you will build & execute comprehensive digital journey campaigns (incl always-on nurture streams) for specific partners’ audiences, supporting the Ecosystem strategy. Working in close collaboration with the Ecosystem Motions to design & execute modernized digital strategies, to deploy journey narratives that address partners’ and potential partners’ needs/wants and integrate inbound and outbound touches. You will work in close collaboration with Demand Automation and other roles from Experience Engine to deploy the digital journey campaigns.
Although you will have an alignment to an Ecosystem Motion, you may be involved in cross-motions projects. You will closely work with other Outbound Program Managers to deploy and coordinate execution across multiple environments.
