We are looking for Early Professionals in the area of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) to support a variety of exciting projects across all industry sectors. You will act as subject matter expert in the area of SIEM and is responsible for hands on implementation of the QRadar SIEM solution.
You will support the SIEM subject matter expert (SME) for configuring and maintaining the QRadar SIEM deployments. This is inclusive of the maintenance and administration (backups, software updates, troubleshoot issues etc.) of the SIEM components, create scheduled reports, integration of the SIEM with multiple systems, on-boarding of the log sources, conversion and configuration of the use cases to SIEM rules. You will follow methods and activities in a structured manner defined by the SIEM subject matter expert.
Projects are based across the Nordic countries, often on client premises, so the ability and willingness to travel is an essential requirement.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· High Level understanding of information security across multiple security domains such as Identify and Access Management; Application and Data security; Infrastructure and Endpoint; as well as the inter-relationships between major components.
· Knowledge of TCP/IP communication.
· Working knowledge of the Unix and Windows platforms
· Experience of supporting or deploying security technologies
· Ability to work with different teams to perform problem diagnosis
· Ability to install and configure QRadar
· Ability to re-use defined methods (backup, rule changes etc.) and known error database to maintain the systems availability
· Ability to analyze data flows and define necessary firewall rules
· English and at least one Scandinavian language fluency.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
· Knowledge of SIEM and it's role in a Security Operations Center.
· Experience of using or working with QRadar
· Scripting experience using Python or Perl is preferred
· Knowledge and work experience using ITIL
· Security Certification (e.g. CISSP)
