The Public Service Sector consulting practice is a trusted advisor to federal, state and local governments, partnering to meet challenges and responding quickly to citizen demands, business needs, new economic conditions, and changing legislative priorities and policies.
The primary role for this position is being a Documentum/IBM Cognos support technician for a large customer. It will require direct interaction with the proponent and experience with handling large volumes of e-mail and communication. Tasks and assignments will include:
· Serve as the support technician for application requirements pertaining to Documentum/Cognos
· Develop and maintain reports based on customer requirements
· Implement and maintain a high level of security
· Work with client and fellow team members to develop requirements documents and project schedules This work location for this role is at the client site in Radford, Virginia. Candidates must be clearable to DoD Secret clearance. An interim DOD Secret clearance or higher level clearance is required on Day 1.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 3 years' experience with the following:
· Documentum or Cognos
· Patching, upgrading and implementing custom Documentum/Cognos solutions in a secure environment
· Source Control (Git or Subversion)
· Interim DoD Secret clearance/DoD Secret clearance is required to begin work on Day 1
