Your Role and Responsibilities
As a PLM Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.
The Project Manager – Digital Engineering will run a team of multi-disciplinary, cross-vendor individuals across multiple geographies to deliver some of our client’s most complex projects.
Your primary responsibilities include:
·  • Identify business drivers and goals and develop compelling proposals and value-driven business cases to achieve desired business outcomes
·  • Be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex integrations, business process transformations and business change initiatives
·  • Bring a wealth of experience and expertise in the Digital Engineering space to your engagements
·  PLM application/ use essential

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

To be successful in this role you will bring
·  Demonstrable knowledge of Project Management Principals and methods such as PRINCE2 and/or Agile.
·  Experience of working with Digital Engineering / Digital Manufacturing / Cloud technologies and platform. (Such as Teamcenter, 3DEXPERIENCE, Opcenter, Solumina, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure)
·  Experience managing the integration of Product Lifecycle Management systems to other external systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning systems, Reporting and Analytics systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
·  Communicate articulately and effectively at all levels of business.

·  Building excellent client relationships.

·  Strong IT Skills are required; Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Highly collaborative, with experience working in a complex geographical /functional matrix organisation.
·  Engineering or Industrial background
