Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with advanced analytics, data modeling and visualization expertise to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the IBM.com team you will be responsible for leveraging Adobe Analytics and other tools to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, create comprehensive data models and develop visually compelling reports and dashboard.
Responsibilities:
· Utilize Adobe Analytics to gather, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
· Develop and maintain robust data models that accurately represent our organization's digital ecosystem and customer behavior.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement forecasting and tracking mechanisms to measure them effectively.
· Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Adobe Analytics and other visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud, Tableau) to communicate insights to stakeholders.
· Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics, data modeling, and visualization techniques, and share knowledge with the team.
· Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on Adobe Analytics usage, data interpretation, and dashboard navigation.
· This is a Hybrid role, attendance to the office is currently required only 3 times per week.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience working with Adobe Analytics, including proficiency in data collection, segmentation, and analysis.

Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience with tools such as Adobe Data Workbench or similar platforms.
·
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Adobe Experience Cloud.
·
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
·
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
·
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
·
Adobe Analytics certification or equivalent.
·
Experience with other Adobe solutions (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, AEP, Journey Optimizer)
·
Knowledge of audience targeting data sets like 6Sense, Demandbase, Bombora et al.
·
Experience working in B2B, e-commerce and/or lead-generating businesses.
