Digital Change Consultant

Job description

Assist with providing leadership for the NA Digital Change practice by supporting the NA Digital Change Practice Leader with continuing to build the NA practice. The successful incumbent will have a strong track record of exceeding client expectations as well as demonstrated eminence in the area of organizational change. The incumbent will have excellent verbal and written communication skills including significant experience presenting to client middle management with a demonstrated track record of results (e.g., strong key stakeholder relationships resulting in add-on business, etc.) Ability to understand problems from a business value perspective and able to translate that information into additional sales.
