Your Role and Responsibilities
You will work within the Experience Engine Organization of IBM. Experience Engine is dedicated to optimize our brand to demand to sales experiences for out clients in order to convert qualified pipeline into revenue growth. We use data driven insights to optimize the way marketing is done across the business.
Within the Experience Engine organization, you will work on the Digital Asset Manager team. This team manages the content that IBM produces and stores for use in various sections of the business. We not only store the content but also syndicate it to necessary channels as well as integrate into other tools, particularly other Adobe tools. The knowledge of content lifecycles and the content supply chain will be vital for your success on this team
This role is for the product owner of the DAM. You will work alongside a team of DAM Product owners under the guidance of a lead product owner for the enterprise with 30 years of experience. This job is to drive the Adobe AEM to an enterprise level, servicing the entire corporation of IBM.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
· Own a Sub-Section of the DAM Strategy: Partner with the Lead PO to understand the overarching vision and identify a focus area within the DAM platform. You will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for this specific subsection.
· Prioritize and Manage Your Product Backlog: Work closely with stakeholders within your subsection to identify, prioritize, and refine user stories and features based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
· Collaborate and Deliver Impact: Actively partner with development teams, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure features are delivered according to specifications and timelines. Manage risks and dependencies within your subsection and with the broader DAM ecosystem.
· Measure Success and Optimize: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of your sub-section and its contribution to the overall DAM goals.
· Stay Ahead of the Curve: Conduct research and actively participate in the Adobe AEM community to stay abreast of the latest developments and best practices relevant to your subsection.
· Be a User Advocate: Champion the needs of the users within your subsection, ensuring their voices are heard and addressed in the product development process.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Product owner experience, seeing a product roadmap, delivering business outcomes through the use of a platform or service
· Adobe AEM experience, knowledge of the content lifecycle and supply chain, in particular with Digital Asset Managers, and Content Management Systems
· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
· Understanding of DAM best practices and industry standards.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
· Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
· On prem v cloud instances of AEM
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across various levels.
· Experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Jira, or Kanban
