Digital Account Sales Representative

The Digital Account Sales team will focus primarily on the growth of existing accounts, providing a positive customer experience, and minimizing attrition.

Essential Duties:

·  Revenue Growth
·  Issue Resolution
·  Customer Retention
·  Live Chat (Existing Customers)
·  Phones (Existing Customers)
·  Tickets (All Sales)
·  E-mail (Sales Inbox – Existing Customers)
·  Salesforce Activities (Existing Customers)
·  Order Verification (Existing Customers) Requirements:
·  1-2 years technical sales experience preferred
·  Customer service and technical experience preferred
·  Ability to multi-task in a high stress sales environment
·  Goal-oriented and sense of urgency to meet deadlines
·  Ability to effectively and persuasively communicate both written and orally
·  Excellent interpersonal skills
·  Self-motivation and discipline
·  Professional and positive attitude
·  Teamwork skills
·  Ability to attend work and be productive during normal business hours as well as work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance
