Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a device researcher, who will be working with a world class team on research and development of the most advanced technology nodes, continuously pushing the boundary of logic technology.

You should have one or more of the following skills:
·  CMOS device physics, advanced logic device architecture design
·  Semiconductor device integration, process development
·  Familiar with process flow and device interaction for advanced nodes
·  Define and execute DOE (Design of Experiment)
·  Familiar with CMOS device test and characterization methodology
·  Fluent in device analysis, summary and communication (JMP or PYTHON programming skill is a plus).
·  Familiar with logic standard cell layout of advanced nodes. Able to effectively view, summarize device layout. Experience in test site design is a plus.
·  Excellent communication and collaboration skill. Expect to work closely with cross functional teams. You must be willing to work in IBM research center in Albany, NY as the primary work location.
Master degree in semiconductor physics, electrical engineering or a related area is required.
