Your Role and Responsibilities
During the internship you will:
· investigate new tools and technologies considered for support process optimization under senior technical leaders’ supervision,
· extend existing integration with Watson Chatbot technology,
· develop AI powered tooling for automated data analyze in cooperation with support and development teams.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Experience with Windows / Linux/Unix (advanced user level)
· Experience with Scripting bash / bat (user level)
· Experience with Databases / SQL (user level)
· Experience with programming languages: Pythion, Java, JS
