Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Application Architect is a lead or technical manager in the application consulting team who is specialized in the application built and the technologies used.
The Technology Applications Architect levers technology to streamline and smooth the execution of organizations business strategies.
The Applications Architect partners with associates to build comprehensive system solutions, examining existing frameworks and prepare for the needs of the future.
He or she communicates with the users, coordinates the developers, prepares RFP replies and reviews every proposal submitted to the customer.
Builds a strong team using collaboration skills.
Minimum 7 years in architecture
Knowledge of and desire to work in an Agile development environment.
Strong familiarity with object-oriented systems and enterprise design patterns
Takes ownership of tasks when others do not. Helps drive the completion of all kinds of work tasks.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Experience with development of service oriented applications
Working experience with the following technologies: Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service BUS, WebLogic
Working knowledge with: BPEL, BPM, BAM, OSB, JDeveloper 11g
Good understanding of authentication and authorization security concepts
Have in depth understanding of Webservice concepts,XSL,Xquery,SOAP,name spaces and WSDL
Experience in SOAP Web Service development and associated asset building such as XSD's, WSDL, Process flow.
Knowledge of SOA Design patterns for building middleware systems ground up using Message Routing, Content Enrichment, Message Filtering.
Deep understanding of Synchronous / Asynchronous communication patterns.
Knowledge on PL/SQL would be added advantage
Working experience on various JCA adapters(Preferably DB,JMS,AQ)
Knowledge on different weblogic JMS configurations i.e JMS bridges,SAF,Foreign server etc.
