The IBM Client Innovation Center for Technology Support Services (TSS) is the newest center in Sofia, Bulgaria launched at the end of 2013. It is the biggest Global TSS center in the world. The high-tech center provides end-to-end IT services, including network management, server systems operations, maintenance and monitoring of computer hardware and software. It has divisions specialized in multi-vendor support, service design and planning as well as global information and analytics. The center brings also extended expertise in services related to Predictive Maintenance, Augmented Reality and Blockchain.
For our Global Multi-Vendor Services Delivery Transformation team we are looking for a service oriented, passionate and analytical individual to join our team on the role of Delivery Support Project Specialist.
The main key activities of this role will be covering:
· Provide support for Global Delivery Competency Executives in enablement tasks for new offerings or custom delivery models, either at global or GEO level
· Cost modelling for new opportunities
· Onboarding of new contracts
· Developing/implementing delivery solutions for new/existing clients
· Lead and execute assigned project
· Assist with MVS Delivery ad hoc tasks and activities
· Collaborating with SMEs from other TSS global/GEO teams to drive project or enablement timelines
· Perform additional duties/ take on additional projects as required

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Education and professional experience
· Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in relevant subject
· 2 years of experience in delivery support organization Language skills
· Fluent in English (both verbal and written) Skills and Competencies
· Strong knowledge of TSS delivery models (RTS/field)
· Intermediate project management skills and knowledge
· Ability to collaborate across multi-functional Global or GEO teams to understand delivery requirements and assist in building solutions
· "Can-do" attitude to support competency executives in driving execution of delivery enablement (for clients or offerings)
· Ability to analyze data and report on trends, gaps, opportunities
· Ability to present to executives/Global Delivery Director
· Strong time management skills
· Good independent work habits
· Advanced MS Office and Excel skills
