Our team is working with solutions based on our software portfolio: Maximo, TRIRIGA, Environmental Intelligence Suite, Envizi, Complex Engineering, Supply Chain and B2B Collaboration portfolios in a global service organisation.

Your Role and Responsibilities

To help achieve this, this role may include, but not be limited to…
• Provide pre-sales support and estimates as the technical specialist to Solution Sellers and Project Managers
• Work with other consultants to implement our of solutions for clients and partners
• Providing technical expertise and best practice advice to clients post implementation to assist them in getting the most out of our technology solutions.
• Work with the services team to identify and implement processes and best practices that improve our agile workplace culture.
• Demonstrating a natural bias towards self-motivation, curiosity, and initiative in addition to navigating data and people to find answers and present solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  2 or more years of solution consulting or relevant industry experience
·  B.S. in M.I.S., Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering or experience in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering. •
·  Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, and to deadlines
·  Excellent communication and presentation skills that are engaging, compelling,and influential
·  Troubleshooting skills and logical thinking
·  Hands-on exposure to real-world application of computer science, information systems or engineering concepts
·  Strong data manipulation skills, including an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential (a test is conducted as part of the interview process)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Experience in the delivery of training
·  Experience in any of the following domains will be highly regarded: ESG, Energy management, Asset management, Requirement management
·  Experience in BI, data warehousing, statistical or reporting tools would be advantageous.
·  Experience in Agile software environments is a plus
·  Ability to work autonomously and take accountability
·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail
·  Dynamic team player who is comfortable working in a small, but rapidly evolving environment
