KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Work as a leading or major contributor to drive development assignments and solve issues• Provide guidelines and coaching to junior developers on their daily work and career development• Conduct or participate in requirement analysis with business analysts and end users • Lead the design, coding, testing and documentation for bug fixes, enhancements and new module development• Contribute to reengineering initiatives to address deficiencies in existing system and apply better design principals• Define, monitor and enhance development processes to improve overall team performance in a global environmentRequirements• Bachelor Degree , major in Computer Science or related field• Japanese Level 2 above • At least 2 year's working experience, have Insurance experience• Related working experience of Statistics Products• Experience in Java, .Net is preferred;• Management experience will be perfect• Good Communication skillPreferable:• Proof to demonstrate the candidate as a hard-core tech person• Experience on talent hiring and team build up• Experience of leading teams in global development environments• Experience of enterprise or solution architecture• Candidates with investment banking IT background• Domain knowledge on financial instruments and risk management
