Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented and innovative data scientist with expertise in machine learning and generative artificial intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leveraging advanced data analytics techniques to derive actionable insights and develop cutting-edge machine learning models. The primary focus will be on creating and implementing models for predictive analytics and generative AI applications.
Key Responsibilities:
·  Machine Learning Model Development:
·  Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to address business challenges.
·  Utilize advanced algorithms and techniques for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems.
·  Generative AI Expertise:
·  Apply generative AI techniques to create novel and realistic data, images, or content.
·  Develop and implement models for tasks such as image synthesis, text generation, or other generative applications.
·  Data Exploration and Feature Engineering:
·  Conduct in-depth data analysis to understand underlying patterns and trends.
·  Perform feature engineering to enhance model performance and interpretability.
·  Model Deployment and Optimization:
·  Deploy machine learning models to production environments.
·  Optimize models for scalability, efficiency, and real-time processing.
·  Collaboration and Communication:
·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
·  Clearly communicate complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
·  Continuous Learning:
·  Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI.
·  Apply new technologies and methodologies to enhance existing models and processes.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Educational Background:
·  Bachelor or Master’s or Ph.D. degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
·  Technical Skills:
·  Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
·  Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and generative models.
·  Generative AI Expertise:
·  Proven experience in developing and implementing generative models
·  Knowledge of techniques for generating synthetic data and creative content.
·  Machine Learning Experience:
·  Strong background in developing and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications.
·  Communication Skills:
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·  Ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
·  Teamwork:
·  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
·  Experience:
·  Demonstrated experience in applying machine learning and generative AI to solve practical problems.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) for text generation tasks.
