What you will do:

- Manufacturing support on a specific failure analysis area by providing test requirements on dedicated parts, products
- Analyzing manufacturing test rejects: root cause analysis based on manufacturing and/or supplier test history, failure mechanism, component history etc.
- Implementing improvement actions based on findings by working with development, supplier teams and local manufacturing engineering teams
- Daily connections with supplier representative and development teams
- Weekly or monthly reports making
- Create common data lake from ERP, shop floor control system, test and failure analysis databases
- Reporting tool development
- Analysis tool development

Expectations:

- BS Degree in Engineering or Mathematics, Data Scientist
- Fluent in English is necessary both verbal and writing: making English process documentation and conference calls with customer representatives
- Project management skills
- Statistical analysis knowledge
- Decision making skills
- Good communication skills
- DB handling skills (preferring SQL language)
- Quality management techniques knowledge is an advantage
- Lean six sigma knowledge is an advantage
