Your Role and Responsibilities

·  Propose continuous improvement of processes in scope.
·  Deliver calculation, attainment, monthly data upload, validations, analytics and reporting for Commercial Operations.
·  Manage, administration and deliver self-service in scope Field Force & marketing related applications e.g. SFA.
·  Prioritize requests and manage workload according to plan while delivering high quality for any activities in scope.
·  Propose continuous improvement of processes in scope.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Service oriented/Customer service mindset in multicultural environments.
·  Excellent IT knowledge and experience in CRM & commercial tools such as Salesforce.com, Cegedim-MI, Veeva Vault.
·  Advanced Excel skills (working with formulas, parameters).
·  Experience in data stewardship, reporting and analytics delivery.
·  Able to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills.
·  Able to fact-based challenge and detail oriented.
·  Fluency in both written and verbal English is a must.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Preferably 1 year + experience in service delivery or shared service delivery.
