Job description

Customer Assistance Team is in place to assure that Service Representatives and other service providers are provided with the correct billing information when they receive the service call. Many other benefits are realized if this basic mission is achieved as notated below:
To help the customer determine the entitlement of their service, prior to the call being dispatched to the service provider.
To relieve the service provider of the responsibility of making billing decisions.
To condition the customer to provide valid information at Receive Call
To establish customer expectations of entitled service.
To decrease expenses and increase profit and customer satisfaction
To solicit billable customers for maintenance
