Your Role and Responsibilities
Dynamics 365 Development, Testing and Debugging, Integration Expertise, Portal Development, SharePoint Integration, Plug-in Development, Customer Service Implementation, DevOps Automatic Deployment.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Proficiency in developing, configuration and customization for Dynamics 365 solutions (using also Power Apps and Power Automate) mostly Customer Service module, including designing entities, workflows, business rules and Business Process Flows.
·  Ability to conduct thorough testing and debugging of customizations and developments within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to ensure the stability and reliability of the system.
·  Experience in integrating/managing existing integrations of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with other systems, applications, and third-party tools, ensuring seamless data synchronization and exchange.
·  Experience in maintaining and customizing portals within Dynamics 365, allowing for enhanced customer engagement and self-service capabilities.
·  Knowledge of integrating Dynamics 365 with SharePoint to enable seamless document management, collaboration, and data sharing between the two platforms.
·  Ability to create and customize plug-ins to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 and automate business processes.
·  Proficiency in JavaScript for Dynamics 365, enabling the creation of client-side scripts, form scripting, and customizations to enhance user experience and streamline operations, alongside C# skills.
·  Experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including configuring service modules, case management, knowledge base, and SLA management to enhance customer support and satisfaction.
·  Ability to build the automatic deployment scenario using Azure DevOps would be a plus.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

·  SQL and Azure knowledge is a plus.
