Job Description:
Responsible for sales incentives operations activities, mainly focus on driving coverage & quota program execution and adoption to AP & GCG
Delivers a range of end-to-end related services to the eligible employees and management, including incentives plan design interpretation, sales role selections, and territory & quota deployment and maintenance
Coordinate between the various support functions to ensure timely, accurate and complete IPL deployment;
Business control of the end-to-end incentive processes ensuring compliance with worldwide guidance.
