Introduction
As a Strategy Consultant at IBM, you will help reinvent businesses and industries by developing and utilizing specialized knowledge of industry-specific and cross-industry competitive strategies. You'll manage complex components of an engagement, working closely with clients and their customers to understand their pain points. Your Role and Responsibilities
The IBM CS&V operations coordinator is responsible for day-to-day operational support of the CS&V team. The role is critical as it allows the team to tackle a fast-paced strategy activity, people, and team culture development, addressing \\ multiple logistical milestones given intense projects, recruiting, talent integration and team events sustained along the year.

Main Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary go-to contact for the team (consultants and partners) for any operations-related tasks, questions, and issues.
• Support CS projects staffing sessions and process – track Compass Norms completion.
• Manage project outcomes’ knowledge system and filing.
• Serve as liaison with IBM Strategy and M&A operations on tracking of budgets/ spending, ensuring the team needs are met within the allocated yearly budget.
• Work closely with the IBM Real Estate & Space Planning on all workplace-related issues (moves, desks, IT requirements, etc.) and provide help and guidance to the Corporate Strategy & Ventures team members accordingly.
• Oversee and handle operational and logistical tasks related to the Corporate Strategy Pillars (Affiliation, Education, and Recruiting), such as site visit and reservations, contracting and payment of 3rd party vendors and/or speakers if applicable.
• Oversee the onboarding process for all incoming CS team members and interns, working closely with the CS Partner team to make the process frictionless with activities.
o Request to order new hire computers,
o Badge - IBM & building,
o Administration support (i.e., Visa 'request intake' with offerees)
• Support CS CDC partners for consistent offboarding and ad-hoc US Immigrations needs (while CS CDC partners remain in charge of these activities for their team members).
• Co-define and participate to IBM CS&V programs designed to measure and maximize the team’s operational productivity, culture, and morale.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Openness, proactive approach, and teaming are critical skills for the role,
• Demonstrated advanced collaboration skills across employees and executives as well as cross-functional teams,
• Detailed experience of operations tasks in a large multi-national organization as well as seasoned practice of budgeting, procurement, compliance & vendor coordination,
• Strong project skills & ability to prioritize,
• Self-starter with energy, drive, and determination to accomplish goals and demonstrated ability to multi-task but stay focused on the end objective,

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Bachelor's degree,
• Results oriented,
• Exceptional attention to detail,
• Innovative, proactive, and willing to test new things. A strong desire to learn,
• Previous experience in operations and/or finance roles in IBM is a plus.
