Role Profile
The Creative Lab Copywriter is responsible for creating innovative, relevant and engaging digital advertising experiences across multiple channels. Including Mobile, Web, Tablet and more. This role will also apply user and brand research, information architecture and user/viewer interactions across multiple mediums and technologies.
Responsibilities
Align creative work with the platform to ensure consistent strategy, voice, and message
Possess the ability to write in a variety of styles and for diverse audiences e.g., short form, long form, editorial and personalized storytelling
Lead creative digital advertising projects through the concept, creation and development cycle
Research and analyze market strategy, competitive data, and other insight channels
Research and identify source material and reference to claims, story angles, voice, tone, etc…
Work directly with ad product and ad tech managers to define product requirements focusing on customer efficiency and ease-of-use
Collaborate with other designers, engineers and product managers on the product definition process
Lead brand advertisers and agencies on education of TWC ad product guidelines, standards and principles
Leverage rapid prototyping and frequent customer interaction to inform creative decisions
Create navigation, digital content organization, IA/UX/IXD, taxonomy creation and search optimization strategies
Concept innovative end-user media experiences

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

BA or MA in Language, Literature, Interaction Design, Cognitive Science, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years professional experience writing for mobile, web, tablet Interactive media and user interfaces for product software and digital advertising
Experience with user research and usability testing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Expert Knowledge in Photoshop, After Effects and Illustrator

Expert understanding of digital touchpoints and consumer experiences
Understands methods and mediums, adopting new technology and innovative thinking to develop and maintain excellence in digital advertising
In-depth knowledge of copy across mediums (print, video, web)
Ability to flawlessly manage multiple projects, involving cross-functional teams, in an efficient manner
Understanding of various graphic files including JPG, PNG, TIF, TGA and their application, a plus
Strong written and presentation skills, comfortable working directly with clients
High attention to detail and able to solve copy challenges
Understanding of digital development processes
Knowledge of internal and external messaging and marketing content creation
Strong understanding of software UI mechanics, navigational constructs, copy layout and design.

A strong portfolio displaying examples of web/email/display/broadcast advertising and application experiences
Excellent copywriting skills and experience collaborating with other creative practices in executing and ideating campaign tactics and executions (OLA, site content, social tools and content, digital signage, OOH, video, mobile apps, iOT and more).
Ability and desire to learn and educate others in new technology, focusing on those that will enhance the effectiveness of projects and company initiatives
Knowledge of cognitive AI and machine-learning, a plus
