Contract Management Support and Project Administration (CMPA)

Contract Management Support and Project Administration (CMPA) is a shared services organization
responsible for the post signing management of services contracts and projects in accordance with the
contract terms and IBM's business requirements, policies and objectives with the mission to provide
quality contract management support and project administration throughout the contract life cycle, in a
cost-effective and uniform manner, leveraging best practice processes and tools,
meeting client and internal commitments, while reducing the administrative workload of client-facing
professionals.

This role is to lead the MEA IOT CMPA team in support of the above stated mission and
global optimization of indirect support, process improvement and tooling for Contract Management Support
and Project Administration.

This candidate is expected to
·  Functionally lead the MEA CMPA Team
·  Liason between the IOT team and the WW leadership organization in all aspects
·  Provide timely input to the WW team on the requested areas like (processes, activities, HC, workload, identifying optimization areas.. etc )
·  Build and/or deploy strategies in MEA and to ensure effective support to client-facing teams.
·  Direct interaction with the CMPA team for getting inputs & contribution on such areas as well as guiding them and also involves interaction with other stakeholders for establishing 2 way communication and information sharing by ensuring the strategies and imperatives are communicated to the teams and by engaging the teams in such activities actively take place in (and most of the times lead) the execution of WW strategies in the IOT actively take part in the defined CMPA Global Initiatives, leading some of them on behalf of all the other IOTs, take/provide inputs from the stakeholders and lead the deployment of such initiatives.
·  Cooperate and colloborate with his/her counterparts in other IOTs; for information and best practice sharing, supporting the initiatives led by other leaders, etc.
·  The candidate will functionally report to and get business direction from the CMPA GTS Global Operation and Worldwide Transformation Leader. This will include but may not be limited to the above points.
