Job description

Serve as the technical expert for Apttus CLM
Conduct business analysis leveraging knowledge of Apttus CLM process designs, capabilities, architecture, data flows and integration
Defines Q2C Gaia outcomes/Epics/Features/User Stories and Tasks
Prioritizes work per Release and Iteration and supports Release and Iteration Planning process
Supports Configuration and UAT Testing
Participates fully in Agile Squad activity –Planning , Build, Showcase, Retrospective

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  College Degree in related field
·  Understands Q2C requirements in order to properly onboard contract and service terms and troubleshoot effectively if there are issues/changes
·  Ability to work with both the business and technical resources to understand and define functional/technical requirements
·  Can clearly define requirements and business case for any customization requirements

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

·  Minimum 2 years Apttus platform experience (CLM with CPQ preferable but not essential) with appropriate certification.
·  Proven experience with creation of relevant documentation including, but not limited to Apttus CLM solution design document and requirements documentation
·  Experience with hands on configuration of Apttus CLM
·  Experience with migration of CPQ across environments including experience with the Apttus migration tool
