Job Description:
· Provide management and support for Infrastructure contracts.
· Act as primary Administrator for IMS contract management system
· Liaison to SL departments on training and use of the IMS Contract Management System in order to enter, approve, and execute agreements.
· Serve as control point for SL internal and external customers to track and provide the status on legal/non procurement contract compliance related matters.
· Perform a compliance audit on all SL HR and Lease agreements to provide documentation of compliance certifications and for annual compliance reporting.
· Resolve any existing contract conflicts and analyze contract management system for process improvements and upgrades.
· Coordinate legal document actions with internal procurement, compliance and other teams as required.
· Make entries into IBM procurement systems and serve as interface between legal and internal departments.
· Perform datacenter lease reviews and document required data points
· Liaison between internal departments during contract development.
· Review and Follow up on contract entries to ensure proper entry into the contract management system.
· Compliance:
· Initial and annual collection of data center certificates and reports
· Review of certificates and reports for data centers
· Work with Trust and Assurance group on identification of control failures
· Additional responsibilities as assigned by Contract Manager
