Your Role and Responsibilities
• Provide business analysis to support product owner fulfill the product strategy by detailing requirements, user stories break down, backlog and sprint management.
• Support dataset model design, go-live implementation and release management
• Collaborate closely with Business teams, product owner, software engineer and other stakeholders to discuss solutions and processes.
• Support and develop internal model and process setup for business requirements across APAC markets, and how IT-solutions and business models affect existing routines.
• Educate and support our partners to handle content and functions of our business processes
• Align development within other product teams related to the full process of supply chain and customer journey
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Minimum 3 year Experience working as BA
• Minimum 1-3 years related work experience in Sales/Channel/Customer related business analysis/expert
• Experience with Business Analysis/IT-related projects.
• Fluent in : English, verbally as well as in writing in Working Conditions
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Master of Sql or Python is a plus;
