Your Role and Responsibilities

·  Understand client business needs.
·  Provide consulting solutions, such as organization and job design, organization change, talent competency modeling, talent development skills.
·  Project delivery and management cross-culture team.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  The consulting experience on top companies of Auto, Consumer, energy and manufacturing industries are required.
·  Good cross-culture communication and presentation skills.
·  Candidate should have bilingual delivery skill.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

·  The consulting experience of China enterprise go-global and MNC clients are preferred.
·  Master’s degree of top universities is preferred.
