Being a talented and ambitious consultant you will join the “Cognitive Process Transformation” practice in Copenhagen or Aarhus and thereby be part of an international and innovative team developing and implementing Cognitive strategies, requirements and solutions based on best practices, industry insights and leveraging IBM's best in class solutions in this space.
Job Description
As a Cognitive Data Scientist you are responsible for translating the client's business requirements into specific system, application or process designs. You will work with client subject matter experts and IT Architects to identify functional requirements and lead others in the identification, justification and architecture of the client's cognitive analyticssolution. The role includes a wide range of activities from requirements analysis and process design, - through solution-, platform- and/or application design and implementation.
As a Cognitive Data Scientist you will be expected to have deep technical skills in relation to Analytical and Cognitive products, technologies and methods. You will have several years of experience in successfully implementing cognitive analytics solutions. You will be proficient in the use of analytical technologies and cloud platforms as fundamental components of cognitive analytics solutions. You will also be comfortable in helping clients understand how cognitive analytics solutions may enable new business models and revenue streams and how it will affect their competitive positioning.
You will be responsible for:
· Leading the design and development work of cognitive analytics solutions for our clients
· Delivering cognitive analytics consulting engagements - Act as a Trusted Advisor, - discuss business challenges, - use references and client-centered metrics to articulate business value
· Support the closure of cognitive analytics business opportunities and act as solution lead or SME
· Educate internal IBM Teams on IBM's cognitive analytics strategy, solutions and capabilities.
You have excellent analytical capabilities, strong interpersonal skills and are a positive and articulate communicator. You are proficient in cognitive analyticstechnologies and interested in the business outcomes that data and analytics can provide. You learn fast and have an open mind. Most importantly, you are a team player who enjoys achieving results in collaboration with others, locally and globally.
Qualifications:
· Master's Degree, Bachelor or equivalent experience
· 3+ years experience as Cognitive Data Scientistand a proven track record from designing and implementing cognitive analytics solutions
· Proficient in use of R, Python, SPSS – or equivalent
· Fluency in English and Danish
· Ability to travel within Denmark and internationally
