The Lean Software Development Project Manager will take a hands-on approach participating in all phases of the development lifecycle with a constant focus on accelerating the delivery of customer value.

Key Responsibilities:
·  Proactively maintain awareness of emerging best practices in Software development and delivery.
·  Collaborate with software & hardware development teams to ensure impediments to throughput are systematically eliminated
·  Work with Development Feature Teams and Product Management on all phases of the product development lifecycle
·  Coach feature teams on the tailoring and implementation of industry best practices in Lean Software development.
Required Skills:
·  At least 5 years of Agile Project Management
·  At least 3 years of experience working within of Agile Project Management Environments (Rally, Jira)
·  At least 3 years of practical experience with software development practices – Scrum, Kanban
·  at least 3 years of practical experience working with Lean concepts and iterative software development life cycles
·  PMI Professional certification
·  Scrum Master

·  Subcontractor and JDM project management experience
