Job description
- Keep in touch with the Leasing company
(Requesting calculations, control contracts)
- Keep in touch with vehicle dealer (maintenance, quotations, new car ordering)
- Handover procedure of new vehicles to employees
- Delivery of end – of - lease vehicles to the leasing company
- Managing maintenance for the vehicles
- Accident management
- Fine management
- Pool car management (maintenance, cleaning, etc.)
- Cost control with regards to leased vehicles
- Quarterly review of the fleet status
- Preparing and checking monthly mileage report
- Support HR department (SEO Policy and Company Car Policy)
- Support finance (savings, cost control)
- Support procurement (leasing tender, vehicle tender)
- Support employees (accidents, pool cars, fine and maintenance issues)
- Invoice control
- Managing tyre changes (summer, winter)
- Reporting to HR, Finance and Procurement
