As the Campus - Talent Acquisition Sourcer (TAS) you will be guided by IBM's purpose–to be essential. Essential in your role as a Recruitment Specialist, you will align yourself with the Early Professional Hiring team, Campus Talent Partners, and Business Leaders to develop and deliver on a talent acquisition strategy that identifies and engages the top talent in the marketplace. The Digital TAS role must be prepared to move quickly, to engage proactively, and to think strategically to deliver on crucial business commitments to our stakeholders.

What will be my key role responsibilities?
·  Turn business headcount plans into hiring by sourcing Early Professional (University/Campus) candidates on a daily basis
·  Utilize digital platforms to source and communicate with candidates (e.g. Piazza, Handshake, WayUp, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
·  Keep up on industry trends on innovative ways to identify and recruit top Early Professional talent aside from on-site campus events.
·  Network internal IBMers and executives to identify direct referrals and engage them for consideration.
·  Partner with Campus Talent Partners (C-TAP) to gather referrals and resume dbases from diverse campus groups and events not attended by IBM.
·  Track all candidate pipeline activities and report to leadership weekly on progress, roadblocks and successes.
·  Collaborate on hiring update for OT meeting each month (i.e. sources used, spend and ROI on existing tools, and competitor hiring data) as needed.
·  Review GOM reports for errors or miscoded reqs and ensure correction
·  Partner with IOT members of the Recruitment Teams and EPH leadership to continuously improve talent acquisition capabilities
·  Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, hiring managers' interactions, and other recruiting activities via Global Opportunity Marketplace (GOM)
·  Manage diversity partnerships to cultivate diverse talent

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Minimum 5 years of demonstrated, relevant experience.
·  History of success in a highly matrixed organization.
·  Ability to work/collaborate with C-Level executives as necessary

·  Must be willing to travel between 25-50% year round, with increasing intensity in the fall season.
