Job description
The roles provide a rotational opportunity between two integral functions within the Global Services Hub in Dublin.
The GBS Services Integration Hub (SIH) is a team of GBS senior subject matter experts located in Dublin and Singapore. We work with GBS practitioners across all IBM geographies, leveraging sales, solutioning and delivery expertise to make sure that every GBS solution brings together the best of IBM for your clients and drives profitable growth for IBM
The functions are:
Operations and Strategy:
The main responsibilities
Reporting and Dashboards. Maintain the reporting and bring additional value in analysis of movement, root causes etc. Driving closure of identified issues and open items
Supporting any presentations - Assisting the reporting for relevant areas and reviews
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing required changes to improve efficiency of relevant reporting
Process documentation - familiarization with, and documentation of processes
Storm Sales Coaching:
The Storm Sales Coaching works to maximize win chances for large GBS opportunities through a series of structured sessions. The process focuses on the early stages of an engagement and leverages the best external sales tools (such as Revenue Storm) and in-house methodologies (such as IBM Design Thinking and Competitive War Gaming) to strengthen IBM's value proposition, competitiveness, relationship strategy and other critical deal aspects. Coaching sessions range from ‘A1' assessments (to evaluate strengths and weaknesses of a deal) and tailored ‘A2' coaching (to address a specific focus area in the deal), to a three-day ‘A3' workshop (to bring the IBM value proposition to life through intensive face to face coaching for the entire the deal team)
