Who you are:

As an Executive Assistant and Operations Professional Specialist to the Lab Director which includes end to end administration coordination and logistics work for Lab Directors and executives visits this enables Lab Director and executives to save their time on operational activities and helps them to spend quality time on taking care of technical challenges. Take an additional responsibilities of location operations, client engagements, ThinkLab and events management at Bangalore and location specific day to day administration activities and compliance. You will also be providing your hands-on assistance in any other new initiates, which may come up in future

What you'll do:

As an Executive Assistant and Operations Professional Specialist , you will
·  Executive assistant to the Lab Director to manage end to end administration coordination for travel, scheduling meetings, room reservations, managing administrative tasks, office supplies inventory, etc
·  To manage executives visits and logistics arrangements this enables Lab Director and executives to save their time on operational activities and helps them to spend quality time on taking care of technical challenges.
·  Client visits of ThinkLab and work with respective technical research team and BD team and interface with the clients for engagements
·  IRL Specific Learning and training logistics activities,
·  Location internship coordination, events and social networking events management
·  Working with research project team to assist them in identifying right solutions to meet their project requirements
·  Work with Global team to contribute on global operations services and effective solutions
·  Contribute to new initiate and process improvements How we'll help you grow:

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Basis understanding and experience in Office administration, Operations , Problem solving and Services.
- Sound knowledge and deep experience on Operations , IBM Process, Travel/Visa management and troubleshooting
- Any relevant product / professional certification- Readiness and flexible to adopt new tools and technologies
- Proven Communication and leadership skills
- Self starter and ability to pick up new areas of work
- Able to guide a team of lesser experienced
- Very effective writing and verbal communication in English language.
