Successful candidate will be a SME / Individual Responsible for leading various project teamsin delivering a solution to the client using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract. They have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. Responsibility can include managing project resources and establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the client. Can provide day to day direction to project teamsand provide regular project status to the various clients. Heavy analytical and metric reporting skills are required. Will lead by example and collaborate with other IBM organizations, clearly communicating to avoid or resolve client issues and critical situations quickly and effectively. Continue to support GDC organizations as required. Identifying and implementing Automation opportunities is a high focus in this position.The employee will guide functional objectives as needed.
