Job description

SME / Individual Responsible to develop and manage the TREV portal. Will work with focals and development team to have a SME knowledge of the TREV site, manage requests, work and team with development team to upgrade system and align it with current budget. Responsibilities include financial oversight of the program inclusive of programs, budget and forecasting. Programs are responsible for driving over $95M TCV with expected 5% growth year to year. She/he will often present planning changes and financial forecasting to high level executives for approval as they work with the AGT team, ILD team and TREV focals. They will collaborate, support and expand activities to evaluate, identify and support optimal revenue generation levels to meet service delivery and financial objectives. She/He will inspect leads for validity and push through sales cycle for completion as well as maintain and develop reports providing offices and executive teams with status of TREV program including performance and growth.

Must be able to develop relationships with key personnel in TSS, Service Delivery Field and all cross functional teams & organizations. Must be able to listen to customers' needs and respond with urgency and professionalism to provide quality results that exceed customer expectations.

Clear understanding of Maintenance & Technical Services Infrastructure.

Accountable for organization's results and for activities and/or projects involving multi-functional teams. Regularly participates in overall functional program planning. Activities are subject to business measurements, impact customer satisfaction, and impact project costs or expenses.

Requirements:
3 Years' Experience – TSS Field Service Delivery , Leadership
General knowledge of Lotus Notes, MS Office (word, excel), SLACK, CISCO WEB conferencing
AA degree or Equivalent
Have the ability to use system applications shown under Tools/Applications after training.
