Introduction
As a Finance & Administration Business Associate you'll be a trusted business advisor. You'll have the opportunity to position IBM for long-term financial growth delivering analysis, and providing insight and innovation into the business.  You'll be redefining how we manage our organization and how we work while achieving budgeted targets and ensuring the delivery of a high quality product.

Your Role and Responsibilities

·  Exhibit ability to absorb knowledge on tools & business proceses quickly.
·  Validate and manage Marketing Financial Transactions like Purchase Order, Direct Payment, Invoice Raising, Invoice Payment Verification Notification.
·  Make sure financial transactions are booked accurately.
·  Collaborate with various teams till the task is completed like procurement, accounts payable, investment team etc.
·  Investigate and report process issues to concern parties.
·  Take ownership of process, act as controller and support during Audit.
·  Monitor/track the progress of open/aged financial transactions.
·  Perform monthly/quarterly reviews with stake holders
·  Provide suggestions for process improvements
·  Ensure cross training b/w different markets is completed with 100% knowledge.
·  Thorough understanding of existing operational/transactional tools and exhibit skills through internal projects/ideation around the process, tools and workflow.
