Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM is looking for a Brand and Content Strategist to support the planning, creation, and execution of assigned deliverables defined by the Brand & Content Strategy team, with a focus on content performance measurement.
In this role, you will:
· Collaborate with the team to support performance analysis of integrated brand-to-demand messaging and content plans that deliver the right content, at the right time, to the right audiences and drive the right outcomes.
· Analyze data, visualize findings and communicate insights and recommendations to push strategists to embrace data-driven approaches to content strategy and improve content performance.
· Create and deliver regular reports on content performance in visual forms such as graphs, charts and dashboards to the team and beyond, including high levels of leadership
· Apply deep curiosity to build an understanding of the market, target audiences and IBM’s offerings to help inform content performance recommendations.
· Work across different marketing disciplines in IBM from Product Marketing and Communications to Client Stories, Field Marketing, Events, Social, Ecosystem and Industry.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Knowledge of data tools, basic statistics, machine learning, advanced math, data manipulation. Solid foundation in statistics, modeling, operations research, computer science and applications, and math.
· Open-minded and constant learner: consistently expanding knowledge to gain new skills, apply new methodologies and develop expertise. Active listener, able to effectively absorb and apply professional knowledge to tasks quickly.
· Analytical mindset to identify opportunities, test potential solutions and synthesize insights into recommendations for messaging, brand and content strategy. Ability to extract, transform, and combine all incoming data with the goal of discovering a previously hidden insight which in turn provides strategic direction.
· Responsible team player demonstrating ownership and accountability.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
· Strategic planning and presentation; excellent written and verbal communications. Ability to communicate data analysis findings in a way that influences how the organization approaches content strategy.
