The Blueberry Product Manager core responsibilities will include the following:
· Lead ideation, development, and launch of innovative products
· Define and communicate the near-term road map and long-term vision for new products and offerings
· Ability to gain consensus across agile team and with client
· Prioritize new features based on customer needs, business potential, and technical platform scalability.
· Define, track and reassess metrics and KPI's for product success
· Cross-collaborate with Story Telling team to make marketing, go-to-market, and branding materials for products
· Lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful and timely delivery.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· 3+ years of experience in conceiving and crafting web experiences
· 3+ years experience defining product vision and strategy with stakeholders
· 3+ years work experience with Agile and scrum methodologies
· 2+ years working with project management software and analytics software
· 2+ years understanding the needs of the end user and conceptualizing features
· 2+ years prioritizing often conflicting needs of users and internal stakeholders
· 2+ years experience in writing requirements
· 2+ years experience with agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Invision
