We are looking for roles to service our clients as Blockchain Business Advisor in our Banking and Financial Markets industry. The role requires an individual with strong business and technical acumen, client presence, and commitment to service excellence. Work will span early idea / concept and value proposition development around the use of the Blockchain technology, security and certification required by our clients looking to explore how this transformational technology can assist them in driving value for their stakeholders. Also includes as part of the responsibilities are to assist in the creation of a transformational plan, work to create a strategic case for change, and initial project delivery – generally culminating in a larger, multi-year transformational play for the client and for IBM.
The intial focus will be to design blockchain (PoC and Solution) for enterprise solutions for large financial services customers in regulated industries by working with various entities within IBM such as WW Blockchain Labs, IBM Research, large financial services industry clients, regulators and the Fintech startup community. Our goal is to address the fragmented blockchain landscape with existing application and transaction infrastructure and present IBM differentiation. Acquire and leverage in-depth knowledge of Banking and FinTech landscape by reaching out to peers and Fintech industry connections to develop use cases and business models around Banking, Trade Finance and FinTech that can employ blockchain technology .
