Business Unit Introduction
IBM Global Technology Services (GTS) helps clients plan, implement and manage an efficient, resilient, flexible IT infrastructure. IBM GTS is the partner of choice for infrastructure services – be it transformational outsourcing tied to business outcomes or integrated managed services or discrete services.

Who you are:
This role will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of the TEM Tool, including the Tivoli Endpoint Manager Server, Console, and Client programs. These top level maintenance tasks include key activities such as:

What you'll do :
• Management of the IBM Tivoli Endpoint Manager including upgrades, patches, discovery and customizations required.
• Capacity management
• Administering Distributed Server Architecture (DSA) configurations. This includes setting the top level and Data Centre relays, replication rate and the linkage between Replication Servers.
• Create, modify and delete users through the Tivoli Endpoint Manager Console
• Edit the management rights settings for other operators. Designate operators to be custom site owners, writers, and readers.
• Audit all Actions taken in the Console.
• Manage External FixLet Site subscriptions.
• Able to perform problem determination and performance tuning for IBM Tivoli Endpoint Manager
• Maintain and Install Tivoli Remote Control tool.
• Manage Sites, Custom Sites and Users & User roles.
• Manage Endpoints in a Multi OS environment
• MCSE or other Microsoft approved certification (Preferable)
• Certification on the Tivoli Product for Endpoint Management (Preferable)
• Demonstrated 3+ years of experience on the TEM Platform
• Automation of software installation, patch and image deployments in an enterprise environment.
• Experience on other Software Imaging & Distribution tools like SCCM/Altiris/Fusion is an added advantage.
• SQL Skills.
