Cognitive Automation provides an opportunity to automate in particular middle and back office functions deriving substantial cost benefits but also offer improved customer service through reduced error rates and speed of processing. Our solutions target COO concerns for cost control in a low interest rate, rising inflation environment with new start up competitors addressing high value customer pain points with new customer centric solutions.
We are hiring for an Automation Business Analyst to work as part of our Cognitive Process Automation practice, you will be responsible for:
· Consulting on automation process assessment, categorisation and prioritisation
· Model existing and future process using a combination of Blue Prism methodology and standard process
· Maturity / Stability Assessments (e.g PIVAR, Rapid Scan)
· Provide project oversight & governance
· Consult on Target Operating Model for robotics and automation. Ideally, the candidate will possess the following:
· Business Consulting experience in Target Operating Model and Center of Excellence design or other areas within Strategy and Change Consulting
· Experience with Business Process Automation, Process Design and Re-engineering (Backoffice processes or Industry processes)
· Lean/Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement skills
· Experience with process capture tools such as BlueWorks Live We will also consider candidates who have experience in the following:
· Experience working with Blue Prism or other RPA software
· Business Process Management/Smarter Process (Banking, Insurance)
· Component Business Model or other (Banking, Telco, Utilities, Banking, Insurance)
