Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for talented, curious people to provide project support through ownership and management of project documentation and facilitation of project team communications. Sets up the project control book, enters data, tracks issues and changes, produces status reports and handles financial and procurement transactions. Supports general contract management through asset management, audit readiness, financial process support, issues management, measurements reporting, project plan execution and, where applicable, request for service. Duties of a project administrator include all aspects of facilitating a project: scheduling meeting times and locations, taking meeting minutes, developing presentations, and arranging training for project staff. In addition, the project administrator participates in budget administration, providing analysis, keeping records, and forecasting financial performance.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Bachelor or Master Degree (Engineering or Economics preferred studies)
· Intermediate level of English knowledge (B1/B2)
· Good interpersonal and communication skill
