IBM Global Business Services is looking for talented and highly motivated, modern technology strategy consultants to join our Digital Technology and Data Strategy consulting practice. As an Associate Partner, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working with CEO's and the broader C-Suite to define how emerging technologies can enable disruptive strategies and create business value. A successful candidate will have experience consulting to large enterprises in one or more of the following areas: Technology Strategy, Data Strategy or Agile/DevOps. Individuals in this role should have experience defining and presenting a strategy to the C-Suite with clear and compelling business and plan to deliver.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Proven track record when working for a top tier strategy consulting firm developing business strategies for clients or equivalent experience. (Tech Strategy, Capability Modeling, Enterprise Architects who focus on business architecture)
·  Extensive experince of general consulting or other equivalent business experience
·  Proven track record and involvement in at least one aspect of a digital transformation (e.g., business modeling, digital marketing, operation automation, etc.)
·  Proven track record or experience driving the sales of strategy engagements
·  Proven track record or experience developing proposals and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
·  In depth experience working with businesses in at least one industry
·  Willingness to travel (domestically and globally) up to 4 days a week
·  Fluent in English, both written and conversation
·  Is either a resident or applicable to work in UK , without sponsorship from IBM
