Salesforce Configurator (Apttus)

Job description

Job Location: This role can be located out of one of these 3 IBM office Locations-Research Triangle Park, NC / New York City, NY / Cambridge, MA

The Apttus Configurator will work closely with the IT and the business teams to assist with project enhancements and provide resolution on raised issues.

Roles and responsibilities:

-Work within both SalesForce.com and Apttus to assist with configuration, pricing, and workflow processes.

-Coordinate the assignment of more difficult resolutions to the appropriate

technical resources.

-Work with cross-functional teams to ensure issues are resolved.

-Develop an understanding of the field sales contracting mechanisms and

templates, and how field sales reps use tools to prepare contracts and

amendments.

-Create fields, field updates, page layouts, workflows, record types and visual force pages in SFDC.

-Create and modify contract templates using Apttus X

-Author CLM.

-Perform hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and

development tasks as required in support of current and new projects.

-Ensure solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements

-Guide technical team to deliver a flexible and scalable solution.

·  Experience implementing and configuring Apttus CPQ, CLM and/or Revenue
·  Management capabilities in a SFDC environment

