Introduction
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for motivated, curious and tech-passionate people with a good experience with ServiceNow, in particular a great knowledge of its components and modules.
You’ll work on ServiceNow ITSM module for an important customer.
You’ll need to provide development and maintenance related support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization.
You’ll develop with Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Macros, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer and Background Scripts to expand ServiceNow usage for the clients.
You’ll work on Data Source and building scripts for Transform Map to import the asset/CI data into ServiceNow using import sets.
You’ll use Virtual Agent, Service Catalog items and complex workflows to automate user’s daily business processes. Building tables, customizing and design forms, fields as per the customer needs.
You’ll configure SLAs, reports and integration using Integration Hub with OOB and custom spokes.
You have experience collecting customer requirements, writing technical documents and designing solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
We are looking for candidates with the following background
· Bachelor, University or Master Degree into STEM disciplines (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics)
· Minimal B1 knowledge of English language
· 3+ experience with ServiceNow as application developer and skills:
