We are currently recruiting for an Application Developer - Microsoft Collaboration for a 6 months fixed term contract, based in Perth.

Role and responsibility

The Role is responsible for day-to-day management of multiple .Net, COTS & Oracle applications and proactive maintenance of the applications and the technical environment. The role also requires you to support, full life cycle of new development and enhancements requests. As an Application Developer your responsibilities include –

·  performing application support role in a 24*7 environment in compliance to IT Service Management principles, adhering to SLAs, and maintaining high customer satisfaction
·  Planning and co-ordinating proactive maintenance activities, i.e. monitoring application and environment health, identifying potential problem areas and recommend solutions
·  Participate in client meetings to share ideas, present solutions and assist in clarifying queries to gain customer acceptance.
·  Support full life cycle application development using Microsoft technologies abiding to the team coding standards, development processes and best practices
·  Work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success
Required experienced

To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills –

·  At least 10 years' experience in delivering work products for custom application development projects using Microsoft technologies (including C#, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, Sharepoint, and VB6/.Net)
·  Minimum of 5+ Years of experience working in a support environment and strong understanding of ITSM tools (any) and process areas.
·  Minimum 2+ years of experience in Enterprise Content Management solutions such as Sharepoint Online, SiteCore 8+, OpenText ECM etc.
·  Excellent database skills - MS SQL Server and Oracle 10g/12c including experience with SSIS, SSRS, SQL, T-SQL and PL-SQL Skills
·  At least 1+ year of experience involving cloud technologies (this could be development/support of cloud solutions such as Sharepoint), exposure to SalesForce CRM solution, and Microservices architecture.
·  Excellent technical skills and ability to convert technical requirements into code in accordance with architectural principles. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

·  At least 3 years' experience in DevOps environments (including set-up and configuration of DevOps tools i.e GIT/TFS/VSS, Jenkins, etc.)
·  Experience of Agile, strong networking and interpersonal skills and ability to work seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
·  Experience with Energy & Utilities industry and Agile will be preferred. Overall understanding of the Microsoft technology stack will be considered positively.

Compensation package from $74 970 (full-time equivalent inclusive of superannuation) and will be determined based on successful candidates relevant skills and experience.
