Your role and responsibilities

As Application Developer - Maximo, you are responsible to design, develop and/or re-engineer application components, and integrate software packages, programs, and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms. You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.

Responsibilities

·  Designs, develops and supports application solutions using the IBM Maximo application and related frameworks and technologies
·  You will design, develop and/or re-engineer application components, and integrate software packages, programs, and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms
·  You are responsible for design, development, testing and support of reports, interfaces, data conversions and enhancements using IBM Maximo and related tools
·  Collaboratively co-create a Business Strategy for the client organization
·  Deliver flexible, fit-for-purpose Operating Models to meet the client's unique business needs and culture goals
·  Use considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems
·  Ideate with clients to identify and analyze complex business challenges.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Minimum 4 - 7 years of relevant experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management version 7.5 or higher
·  Hands-on experience with UI customization, MBO customization, Workflow, Automation Scripts and Database configuration
·  Working knowledge of Work Management, Inventory management, Procurement, Asset Management and data model within Maximo
·  Proficient to Design, Build, Configure and Customize applications to meet business process and application requirements
·  Solid understanding in supporting Maximo Asset Management solution to include analysis and resolution of operational issues
·  Experience in Integration setup with External system using Web services, Rest API
·  Expertise in atleast 2 end-to-end implementation project for Maximo.
