Job Description:
1, Maintain existing automation tool for IBM Sales Transaction operations with technical skill - VBA, Macro, Java,
2, Analyze the requirement from operations team and work on the technical solution
3, Work on automation tool development and test, deployment, healthcare base on the technical solution designed with VBA, Java or RPA - BluePrism
4, Maintain RPA robot on the service and helpdesk for operation team if any technical issue
5, Training/Education to operation team on new automation tool or robot and ensure the capability of team's self service
6, Facilitate process VSM, and drive the process efficiency and business pain point solved thru the automation perspective.
7, Support the automation tool deployment in local by collaborating with global team.

Job Requirement:

1, 3-5 years automation and IT development experience with VBA or Java
2, Knowledge and experience to interface with multiple system with VBA or Java like IBM Mainframe system, Lotus notes, SAP, Web etc.
3, Real implementation experience on RPA robot with bluePrism is preferred
4, Good communication skill on English oral and written, or Japanese
5, Business knowledge on the order management and business operation is plus
6, Agile knowledge and experience with Scrum framework on IT development management
7, Bachelor degree on compute science or related major.
