As an Application Developer/Scrum Master for Life 400 application, resource have to closely work with Client's Operations team, BU IT Team, Multiple Projects Team and business users to understand the clients need, develop business solutions, Provide technical support to clients and coordinate with offshore teams to get the work done. Resource needs to identify and solution new business development opportunities working with different stakeholders from different business units in Client's Insurance business. Facilitate Scrum collaborations.

The Application Development team is responsible for supporting the full life cycle of enhancements. As an Application Developer your responsibilities include –
·  Strong IT experience as Life 400 developer and Support specialist
·  Strong technical skills in LIFE 400, COBOL, SMART400, DB2400 and strong functional knowledge in Life400 system domain
·  Strong experience in defining and designing functional technology solutions/products
·  Performing Application Development, Enhancement and technical Support for Life 400 application.
·  Advising client on future IT needs
·  Work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success
·  Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies
·  Explore new methods to effectively arrange and optimize the product backlog in consulting with client. To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills –
·  Minimum of 8 years of experience with Life 400 application using SMART 400 tool
·  Solid experience in AS/400, COBOL/400, CLP and SQL XML
·  Solid experience in relational databases
·  Strong Knowledge in Insurance Domain/Nice to have a Insurance based certification
·  Solid experience as Scrum Master
·  Should have Scrum Master Certification Compensation package from $71 400 (full-time equivalent) and will be determined based on successful candidates relevant skills and experience.
