IBM Application Consultants work directly with our clients on key initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of their business issues and implement organizational strategies that drive adoption of change. We are looking for experts who can build credibility and trust with our clients and provide knowledge that addresses individual and unique business needs.
Your Role and Responsibilities
· You will provide configuration and maintenance related support for ServiceNow software product implementations
· Be knowledgeable and experienced in business and technical skills related to specific module/s of ServiceNow, plus service management, ITSM, ITIL process expect, analyze Client Business process
· Be able to support the solution development, advise on business processes, and delivery of ServiceNow implementations which may include the use of: SDLC/SCRUM
· You will have experience in Web Technologies like XML, HTML and Web Services, and knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN and SSL
· Be leading the team to build ServiceNow strategy based Value vs. effort and prepare cost-benefit model and inputs to ROI analysis
· And have the ability to contribute to Solution Design by effort estimation as well as costing, staffing, client negotiations, orals, tailoring solution to budget guidelines, among other priorities.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow implementation, HRSD, CSM, SPM, ITSM , SecOps
• Demonstrated proficiency in ServiceNow platform implementation, configuration, and customization
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices
• Experience with ServiceNow core modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies within ServiceNow
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development methodologies and source control systems
• Experience in creating and managing ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in German and English
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Master degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• Certification in ServiceNow Implementation Specialist or similar relevant ServiceNow certifications
• Experience with ServiceNow integration with third-party tools and applications
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile development teams
• Understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and ITIL certifications
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and ServiceNow Service Mapping
• Understanding of IT security concepts and best practices related to ServiceNow implementation
• Previous experience in providing training and support to end-users in a ServiceNow environment
